Sami Bell is a wife, mom, teacher, and mentor. Professionally, her degree is in Elementary Education with additional studies in Early Childhood Education and a focus on child development and child psychology. Personally, she overcame a volatile childhood and rewired her brain to eliminate strong triggers and harmful patterns so she could become the mother she wanted to be. She uses these experiences to guide other parents through the journey towards a more peaceful enjoyable relationship with their children.
This episode is full of quotable tips that we like to post on our Instagram page. Because of her rich background in child development and her real experience as a mother raising 3 kids, she was very articulate in talking about toddler brain development and self-regulation. You will hear her sing a little, say out her personal self-regulating mantra and talk about the importance of vulnerability. If you want to be SURE in parenting, make sure to tune in to this episode.
